• Once the domain name is registered, the payment is strictly non-refundable.

2. Before Domain Registration

• If cancellation is requested before domain registration, a partial refund may be considered after deducting applicable processing fees.

3. Service Nature

• This is a custom digital service, and refunds are generally not provided once work has started.

4. Non-Refundable Conditions

No refunds will be issued if:

• The project has started
• Design work has been initiated
• Domain registration is completed
• Client delays or fails to provide required content

5. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only if:

• We fail to deliver the service within the agreed timeline (without valid reason)
